Refunds and Exchange Policy
Please read before ordering

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER OCTOBER 19.

Because of the seasonality of our business, our policy does not allow customers to order multiple sizes and designs with the intention of returning the one that does not fit properly.

Costumes, unlike street clothes, are designed and constructed to accommodate a variety of sizes. Many have elastic waistbands and utilize stretch fabrics but are not custom sized and may not fit perfectly directly out of the package.

Minor alterations can usually provide an excellent fit for your particular size. Please understand that these are costumes and can’t be compared to high quality clothing. Some costume details may change during the manufacturing process. We will make every attempt to note these changes on our website but the photos may not reflect the slight differences.

Most items can be returned within five days from delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. In the event we make an error in processing your order, shipping and handling charges are refundable.

Packages returned to us as rejected or undeliverable will be credited only the cost of the merchandise less the return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, any items returned that do not meet the following guidelines will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

You must contact us via email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your invoice number (found at top of the invoice) with all correspondence. You will receive an email from us with instructions for returning your package.

bulletItems must be received in new and unused condition. Any items we determine to have been worn will not be credited.
bulletAny return or exchange received with missing items or without all original packaging will not be credited.
bulletPackages must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to ensure we receive your items.
bulletThe RAN must be written clearly on the outside of the package.
bulletCredits will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned items.
bulletFor exchanges, you must place a new order for the replacement items and return the unwanted items within three days of receiving your RAN. This policy ensures that your replacement items will be in stock and deliverable at the time of the exchange.
bulletNo exchanges or returns on wigs, hats, makeup, beards/moustaches, masks, socks, stockings and novelty teeth.

ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE
